Why
use Screen Protectors?
You just went out and bought a PDA or Smart Phone costing
anywhere from $300 to $700. You would think that something
costing that much money would come with it's own protection
- but it doesn't. One misconception that people have is that
the LCD screen is made of glass - and glass is unscratchable
(unless you use your diamond ring), right? WRONG! LCD screens
are not made of glass! They are made from a soft film that
is highly vunerable to scratches and gouges.
The use of screen protectors eliminates this problem. The
cost of replacing your LCD screen can cost almost as much
as the PDA or Smart Phone itself! Plus you are without your
device while it goes back to the company to be repaired -
and who knows how long that will take?
The price of screen protectors are negligable compared to
the price you will pay to have your LCD screen repaired or
replaced. It's really a no brainer. Screen protectors only
take seconds to apply, improves handwriting recognition, and
reduces glare - all while protecting your handheld device
investment.
Screen protectors are now being used for any device that requires
direct contact of a stylus or pen to the screen. For under
$12 you can have peace of mind that your new device will remain
looking new for years to come.

1.)
Clean your screen
thoroughly with a soft cloth or paper tissue. Make sure
nothing else is still attached to the screen. |
 |
2.)
Uncover about an inch of the protector by peeling
one edge slightly from the backing. |
 |
3.)
Align the exposed section of the protector
with the edge of the screen. Make sure that it lies
flush with each side of the screen. To reposition, lift
up gently and reapply. |
 |
4.)
Apply the protector to your device by sliding
the enclosed squeegee accross the surface as you peel
away the backing. Use the squeegee as necessary to smooth
out*any air pockets or bumps. |
| *Allow 24 hours and
the remaining bubbles will remove themselves. |
