Store Hours of Operation:
ExtremePDA is open Monday through Friday,
10:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We are not open
weekends. There are no weekend or holiday deliveries.
If you place an order after 3:00pm Friday, it will not be processed
until Monday of the following week. We are also closed for all
major holidays.
Delivery:
Your credit card will not be
charged until the day we ship your goods.
Where an incorrect address has been given to ExtremePDA.com with
the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra shipping
costs incurred.
Privacy & Security:
Your privacy is very important to us. ExtremePDA.com
does not sell, exchange, or distribute your e-mail address or
personal data to anyone for any reason. The information gathered
is for customer satisfaction use only: Your email is used to send
you a copy of the Order Invoice, a Ship Notification email (once
your items have shipped), and/or to inform you of any delays and/or
out of stock items. Your email address may be used to send you
announcements and product promotions - but we rarely, if ever,
do. If we do - you will always be given the option to be removed
from our list.
Your address is only used to ship the product(s) to you.
We do not participate in any direct mailings nor will we sell,
share or provide your information to any company who does.
Online
Security:
Whenever you provide any order information, we use SSL technology
to make sure that it is "encrypted," so that no one else
can read it while it is being transmitted over Internet. After you
place an order all information (such as your name, address, and
email address) is safely stored behind a firewall.
New York Residents Sales
Tax:
Any order with a billing address within New York
State will be charged NYS Sales Tax at the current rate for Dutchess
County which is 8.25%. Sorry! Uncle Sam didn't get enough out of
your paycheck - he needs more!

Flat rate shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S.A. (does
not include Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico) on all packages
weighing 1lb or less. Most packages will fall within this
weight limitation. $1.00 for each additional pound. Saturday
Delivery!
If your FedEx Ground delivery date
falls on a Saturday, your package will be delivered on Saturday
instead of having to wait till Monday. Cut
off for FedEx is 3:30pm New York Time - any FedEx orders placed
after 3:30pm New York Time will not be shipped until the following

$3.49 Flat Rate First
Class shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S.A. (does
not include Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico) on all packages
weighing 13oz or less. Packages weighing more than 13oz will
be presented with regular UPS Ground rates.
First Class Mail, although inexpensive, is the slowest shipping
method. Please allow 7 - 10
business days for packages to arrive. There
is NO TRACKING available on packages shipped using First Class
Mail. Please read

- A NOTE ABOUT FIRST CLASS MAIL -
First Class mail is the SLOWEST of all shipping
methods! You can expect a 7 to 10 business day wait, sometimes
even longer, for your package to be delivered. If you need your
package in a timely manner DO NOT CHOOSE FIRST CLASS
MAIL! If you specify First Class mail as your shipping
method, please allow the above specified delivery time before
emailing us inquiring of the whereabouts of your package.
You will see the following message from U.S.P.S. when you check
your Delivery Confirmation number at the U.S.P.S. website:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically
notified by the shipper on YOUR SHIP DATE to expect your package
for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the
actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided
if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every
evening. Please check again later."
This is the standard message you will receive
from U.S.P.S. This does not mean that your package has not been
shipped. We ship too many packages to have each one scanned
at the time of shipping. You will continue to see this message
until a.) there is a problem delivering your package or b.)
your package has already been delivered. We assure
you that if you have received a ship-notification email then
your package has been shipped!
- ExtremePDA.com will not be held responsible for package(s)
that are lost or damaged during transit.
- If your package is sent by US Postal Service, we may not have
a tracking number. No delivery date is guaranteed. ExtremePDA.com
will not be held responsible for any package(s) that are delayed,
damaged, or lost.
- International customers shall be solely responsible for all
custom duties and taxes on orders shipped to any foreign country.
ExtremePDA.com will not be held responsible for any package
delays or rejects due to international custom clearance. For
more information regarding your country's custom polices, please
contact your local customs office for specification.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes shipments
that are refused.
- All International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Express.
Although more expensive, this method gives us tracking capabilities.
We have lost far too many packages sent regular Air Mail to
overseas destinations, therefore Global Express is the only
option for international orders.
- If an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately
via email with an option of canceling the order.
- Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
If there is a problem with the credit card information you supplied,
your order will not be shipped until the problem is corrected.
You will be notified either by phone or email if this occurs.
- No special instructions or labels will be affixed to your
package. Only the customers address, our return address and
our label will be applied to the package.
Return Policies:
As a customer of ExtremePDA.com, you have a 30 day return
policy from the time that you receive the shipment (tracked
through shipping carrier). If within the 30 days you are not satisfied,
you may send your product back through our return policy guidelines
that are explained further in this section. The customer is responsible
for all shipping costs of the product being shipped back to our
warehouse located in Wappingers Falls, NY. The item that you are
returning must be in original condition. This means the product
must be fully operating to its maximum ability and MUST be in original
packaging. It must be in a “resale condition”. Any product
sent back that has cosmetic or other damage, will be denied and
no refund will be issued. If the item that you are returning is
received by ExtremePDA.com and does not meet our criteria of "resale
condition," we will not issue any credit. Please send all returns

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST ADHERE TO THE
FOLLOWING RULES:
- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- Your RMA number is your invoice number and should be included
on your package and all correspondence.
- Product(s) returned must be like new. The returned item must
be complete with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals
and accessories. ExtremePDA.com has the final word on the condition
of the merchandise returned. If the products received are incomplete,
missing parts, scratched or damaged (in ways that can not be
identified), ExtremePDA.com reserves the right to refuse crediting
the customer's account and the product will be returned to the
customer at the customer's expense.
- Clearance items and certain Special Offers are not returnable
unless otherwise indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
Service parts are not returnable. Labor, services, and any shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable.
- ExtremePDA.com is not responsible for lost shipments or products
that are damaged during delivery. Customers shall contact the
carrier to report the loss or damage by using the tracking number
provided in the shipping confirmation. If your product arrived
damaged in transit, it is best to refuse delivery and/or return
it to the freight carrier. Please inform ExtremePDA.com of such
shipping problem(s) so that you won't be held responsible for
the refusal. Once you accept the package, ExtremePDA.com will
no longer be responsible for its condition.
- ExtremePDA.com is not responsible for any expenses, fees,
or other costs incurred due to defective or incompatible products.
